Images make all the difference. For this Muslim jewelry brand, there were unique challenges. Modesty is Nominal’s number one priority. My goal was to present the pieces in a way that felt young and unencumbered while still respecting the strict guidelines. The casting needed to cater to the Arab/South Asian demographic but also begin to include other ethnic minorities. The C suite asked for warmth. With a unique shotlist, I managed to add feeling to the photos while maintaining the focus on the jewelry. Prior to this shoot, the brand’s images looked homemade. This session elevated their imagery to reputable and fashionable.
